Bain Heating and Air is looking to hire a lead installer to run an install crew. Candidate must have previous experiences leading an install crew with references. Pay will be based on candidate and experience. You will be leading a crew doing mostly residential and light commercial change outs as well as working with some techs on repairs if installs are slow. We sell mostly Trane equipment. You will be guaranteed 40 hours of work and we do not lay off in the slower seasons.

If you take the position here and stay with us for 6 months there will be paid a 1,000 signing bonus.

Candidate must have a drivers license and be able to pass a background check.
