Randell custom make table w/ cold rail

So I’m hoping someone has came across this issue before and knows of a repair other than incorporating a welder. We have a restaurant we service that uses the Randell custom make tables and has all of the cold rails as a system to a remote refrigeration rack. We installed ball valves and confirmed one of the cold rails has a bad leak on it. Is there any way to make a repair on the evaps other than complete unit replacement or using a welder to disassemble everything?

No unless u experiment and cut into the side of the rail...but by that point you've torn up the insulation, etc.

    I wouldn't recommend it

Right before txv inlet just after LLSV and suction line about 12” or so after exiting evap. It’s a very small area to do any work in about 6” opening
