I知 moving to Spokane Wa from Fresno Ca and was wondering how consistent hvac and refrigeration jobs are in Washington as in Fresno we are extremely busy all year around, I know it痴 a big difference obviously because of the weather, but I guess I知 just trying to prepare myself, if anybody has some advice I would appreciate it Thanx

Work slows in the spring and late fall a bit, but the 'better' companies will have lined out PM jobs for their service techs. In like 10 yrs I was never laid off, at times it got slow and others were and then most that were laid off were never re-hired, but some were.
Also depends on the work you do - Service/Install? Install economy dependent but tends to slow down typically during early spring and late fall, basically mild weather where people aren't using/concerned about their equipment. A growing area though and with the CDA area growing as well...haven't kept up on the area much for awhile, but know it's been growing.
For commercial HVACR check out Divco, more HVAC than R...
