    Most Profitable Service Offering?

    Hi Guys,

    What would you say is your most profitable service offering? The one that you would prefer to sell every day, all day?

    Curious to know if whatever that is, is the same for most HVAC contractors....

    Fixing other peoples mistakes. Customer is always happy. I get referrals and I get the money needed to buy the wife those frilly things she loves so much.

    The most profitable service is having repeat customers. Customers that trust you because you have a great track record. After that, money that is, you need variety in your work so you don't get bored.

    If you were a real tech, you'd solder a relay on that board and call it good to go.

    I do a triple evac with nitro to remove non condensables.
