is that the old compressor or the new one to be installed and why do you have no front plate in Maine we have to have them

So I replaced the failed compressor on 10/15. Had them default all setting in the MCS, they replaced the thermistor for the HGB and defaulted all settings.

I haven't heard a beep from the site, and they paid to change the second compressor.
