york ywcl chiller cutoff at 50deg F

    hi there
i am not a chiller expert i work in oil and gas and recently i am working on my assignment regarding york ywcl chiller. problem is when it reaches to 50deg F it startted pumping down and compressor trips at low suct pressure cut off. i have read the manual it says that during shut down EEV closes and when comp reach low suction pressure comp will trip but in actual on display of pannel when system starts pumping down eev valves open 100% sheat temp also increases and saturated suct temp decreses to -20deg f and system cut off at low suction pressure also it shows on pannel NO COOL LOAD
if anyone can help me i will be so thankful because in this chiller every body gave up and if i make it run it will be good for me. requirement of our temp is -2 deg c

Get some pressure reading with gage and some temperature.
It will help you and those who want to help you out.
