    City Multi, suction side vacuum

Hi all, first time post here and looking for some experienced insight.

Ive recently found a city multi unit (MUY-GE12na), ceiling hung and without enough service clearance to remove the pc board for testing thermistors. I receive 4 flashes from the outdoor unit. The suction line pressure is in a vacuum.

Without recovery and removing or relocating the unit for proper troubleshooting what can i prepare the customer for? Possibly kinked or plugged lineset, LEV issue?, PcBoard and or Fin thermistor issue?

Has anyone else ever seen a similar problem?

Pull the charge, then fix the leak

I don't recognize that model number as a city multi, but anyway check the flare fittings.
The flares most difficult to get to or buried behind Sheetrock are usually the culprit.
Once you know the charge is right then you can start trouble shooting

Thanks, you're the level headed friend i need
    It's actually a mr.slim, my mistake.

Quoting the refrigerant leak test, repair with possibility of failed components indicated by alarm status.

Guess i needed a shove in the right direction, my first time doing repair work on a mini split a/c. Thanks again Nauger
