    Which txv

    Got a walkin freezer I'm finishing after another co started and was fired from the job.

    6x12

    Tecumseh cond AWA2464ZXDXC

    Heat craft evap LSF090BK

    They brazed a 1/4 ton TXV on there and only 3 fourths of coil turns frosty , after 4 hours only reached 45 degrees

    404A

    I think it needs a 1 ton valve ....am I right ?

    1/4 maybe once down to temp.
    Pressure limiting valve?
    I would use a 1/2 Ton Valve.
    What orafice is in the distributed?
    All cap tubes frosting evenly?

    Oh and it's outdoor box

    Dude torched the crap outta the distributor , and I cannot read the number on nozzle anymore

    Yea it's RZP , external equalize
