Do any contractors out there put in carrier light commercial? If so what are common problems there units have down the line.

Nothing outside of what you find with other brands. Contactors failing and coil leaking are pretty consistent issues with any commercial equipment.

Super thin metal panels, stripped out screw holes, their newer rtu's I've seen have a coil guard that you have to remove to clean it and they're always DIRTY.

You haven't seen super thin panels with stripped out screws until you see a Goodman Rooftop.

Ahhhh yes, Goodman and Daikin should not be in the package unit business at all IMO.
