    Expanding and need help

    Guys my part-time air-vac and furnacing shop is expanding. In fact we'll be able to hire more than a handful of employees in the Vancouver area. I wanted to know if there is a way to manage employee scheduling better. Like a software or some kind of automated way.

    We're kind of old fashioned and still stick to time sheets but I think as we expand, we might need to automate our payroll.

    Any small business owner here that can share a software that can help us with managing employee time on the job, etc. Thx a lot!

    Looking forward to going full time with this soon

    Expanding and need help

    We use an app called House Call Pro. All our employees have company issues IPads. It can handle scheduling, photos, service history, billing/payment, accounting, and much more. It’s a nice system.
