Massive Blow to “Big Club” – Supreme Court Strikes Down Forced Public-Sector Union Fees…
Posted on June 27, 2018 by sundance

In a decision that holds massive up-front ramifications for Democrats, the Supreme Court ruled today (full pdf below) that non-union members cannot be forced to pay for union representation. This is a devastating blow to the Big Club political caucus.

The justices said in a 5-4 opinion that state government workers who choose not to join a union cannot be compelled to pay a share of union dues for covering the cost of negotiating contracts. This allows state union workers to withdraw funding for the political aspirations and objectives of union leadership who work against their interests.

At the top of the hierarchy, union executives, multinational corporate executives and K-Street lobbyists, work in synergy to maximize financial benefits for a select group of interests known as The Big Club. The corrupt operations carried out over the past four decades fuel the UniParty; which is comprised of both democrat and republican political apparatus. Today’s decision permits the removal of forced payments from the bottom of the Big Club pyramid scheme.

With an America-First independent voice in President Trump occupying the White House, the BIG CLUB already lost access to economic policy manipulation. Today’s supreme court decision means even more downstream consequences.

One of the significant consequences, that definitely will be avoided by media, is in the area of ongoing renegotiated U.S. trade deals. Without maximum financial payments the BIG CLUB will have less funding to purchase politicians and their votes. The BC will have less capability to use the legislative branch to defend their financial interests.

The lack of funds, and the need to solicit replacement sources of funding, will allow the curtain to fall exposing Public Union leadership’s connection to Wall Street; the big club will be exposed. The Union/Wall St purposeful alignment was most obvious when the AFL-CIO came out in support of the Trans-pacific partnership (TPP) trade deal during the 2016 election. Unfortunately, people were unable to connect the issues (the dots).

Public and Private sector union leadership is in bed with multinational corporate and financial interests; it is not an adversarial system they have built. Despite years of gaslighting (and flat-out lying), corrupt union objectives and corrupt Wall Street objectives are in synergy. U.S. Chamber of Commerce President Tom Donohue, AFL-CIO President Richard Trumka, and AFSCME President Lee Saunders work in synergy.

Remember the Hillary Clinton pre-election night rally in Philadelphia? Who was the host of the rally?…. The AFSCME! [American Federation of State, County and Municipal Employees] Look at the top of the building.

We already are the Corporate States of America. We have been for a while.

Trump is trying to change that. That's why so many people in government are pissed off at him.

You know I totally disagree with this. the Supreme Court did exactly what they were suppose to do.

Massive Blow to “Big Club” – Supreme Court Strikes Down Forced Public-Sector Union Fees…

I say that because I live in a right-to-work state. If your job is covered by a union contract, you are NOT OBLIGATED to pay union dues.
I should not pay to work.

This is a bigger problem than unions and dues and right-to-work. It's about creating ways to raise more money and build more power for people in government without resorting to the donor class. As it turns out, "government stimulus" doesn't stimulate the economy; it stimulates those in power by taking money from us peons.

The Supreme Court today ruled 5-4 that nonunion workers cannot be forced to pay fees to public sector unions.
    ...
Now, let me explain something before I go further into this. I previously characterized this whole arrangement between the Democrat Party and unions as kind of like a money laundering agreement. And here’s how it works. The Democrat Party can’t go to the United States Treasury and write a check for a hundred million dollars every election. Yet they end up getting it. How? How do they do it?

Well, look at Obama’s stimulus. That stimulus package ostensibly was to rebuild schools and roads and bridges. It was to rebuild our crumbling infrastructure. But that’s not what the money went to. That money was about $800 billion, or million. You know, I get the M’s and the B’s — it was almost a trillion dollars. No. Can’t be. That’s one-third of the budget. It had to be $800 million. The money went to unions. It went to unions at a time of a recession. People were losing their jobs left and right. That money kept union employees employed. But the reason that was important is because union employees working meant that fees and dues could be extracted from them, and a significant percentage of that goes back to the Democrat Party as political contributions.

And so federal programs that appropriate money to unions is really a secret way of having a portion of that money get back to the Democrat Party. It’s a very clever money laundering operation. (interruption) What? It was billion! Whew. I had forgotten. You’ll forgive me, folks. You know, the Brinks truck brings my check, and sometimes these B’s and these M’s, the millions and billions, they get confused in my head. Yeah, $800 billion and a great percentage of that went to unions to keep them employed.

School unions in Wisconsin and California, we documented all of this. And then those people have their dues collected in other fees, and a portion of that goes back to the Democrat Party. So where Obama couldn’t go to the Treasury and write the Democrat Party a check for a hundred billion, million, whatever dollars, he can get it this way. And the Democrats have been doing this for years.

Space I remember reading this from 2008..

    https://www.politifact.com/truth-o-m...their-gop-nod/

Trump is (past practices) a pro-business (and NOT anti-union) president.
There are MANY "only Democrat" members in unions, but at conventions they vote who to give money to.
It will be interesting to see how this turns out next election.

    Et tu, Harvard?
    I had no idea.

It’s time to take back Harvard

Harvard University exemplifies everything that is wrong with the American educational system, and represents the epicenter of a self-serving centralized power structure. My opponent in the race for the U.S. Senate, Elizabeth Warren, is a creature of that structure.

Elizabeth Warren got paid $350,000 per year for teaching just one course, in law, which doesn’t really require any skill or intellect. What is outrageous is that Harvard receives close to $1 billion in grants and even more in tax subsidies, taken from you --- the hardworking American.

Real Indians, be it the Iroquois or those of ancient India, held sacred a time-honored principle: separation of powers. In ancient India, the political, financial, knowledge keeper, and producer institutions were kept separate to prevent “insider trading.”

However, today, the same people who control education at Harvard also dominate Wall Street, write the nation’s laws, and operate global behemoths like Monsanto. They are a singular cohesive community who funnel vast sums of money to themselves, draft self-serving policies, control judicial appointments, own the media, grant taxpayer monies to non-profits, while creating monopolies from tax cuts, bailouts and venture funding.

They do all this and work with intelligence agencies that illegally surveillance innocent Americans. To add insult to injury, Harvard faculty generate propaganda -- academic, “peer-reviewed” papers --- that claim their method of running the world is the best, while trampling our political and free speech rights.

In short, Harvard is the alpha and omega of the Military-Industrial-Academic Complex -- the “Deep State,” a term we often hear these days. Almost every problem in the world -- be it corruption, an economic crash, mass poverty, or a civil strife -- can be traced back to “experts” at Harvard.

Meanwhile, Harvard faculty preach, with a neo-messianic attitude, that they are the saviors of the poor and oppressed. They purport to know the plight of African-Americans by supporting affirmative action, but their faculty roster, especially Warren’s Harvard Law School, reflects apartheid within. Harvard professors, who write our laws, want to tax us, but Harvard is tax-exempt.

Harvard professors rant against Wall Street and the power of big banks, but Harvard is a $40 billion Wall Street hedge fund with a “university” facade, which uses a relatively meager $2 billion to fund its educational activities. Harvard professors lament against gentrification, but Harvard has invaded and destroyed the diverse local Cambridge neighborhood taking over prime real estate from the poor. Its greed has no bounds, even spanning continents to displace black farmers in Africa and grabbing their lands.

Devastation, racism and segregation are what Harvard delivers, best reflected in a recent report that calculates the average net worth of blacks in the Boston area, a few miles from Elizabeth Warren’s home in Cambridge, to be a mere $8! The reason has been attributed to “systemic racism,” but Harvard is the system that manufactures the racism and economic segregation, to which it is colorblind, when one considers the deplorable situation of poor whites.

I believe Harvard needs to be investigated for racketeering. It must be punished for its crime, starting in its own backyard -- the racism in its faculty composition. Any corporation that wields as much power as Harvard, would have been busted up a long time ago.

Neither Republican nor Democrat, however, will ever bite the Harvard hand. Harvard nurtures its own, Democrat and Republican “leaders” -- one tribe with two faces that switch with grace and ease. Elizabeth Warren, a lifelong Republican, became a Democrat, upon moving to Cambridge and joining Harvard in 1995.

U.S. Chamber of Commerce Launches Yet Another Financial Campaign Against U.S. Workers and Main Street…
Posted on July 2, 2018 by sundance

Today U.S. Chamber of Commerce President Tom Donohue announced another campaign to protect and defend his Wall Street contributors against initiatives that benefit Main Street U.S.A. This is not the first time, and unfortunately it will likely not be the last time.

[See U.S. Chamber Of Commerce Intends To Spend $100 Million To Defend Establishment GOPe In Primary… https://theconservativetreehouse.com...pe-in-primary/ ]

For a great historic reference consider THIS ARTICLE from 2014; when the U.S. Chamber of Commerce announced their direct attack against the Tea Party backed candidates that threatened to remove the massive lobbying power of Tom Donohue’s corrupt officials. That 2014 reference point has two parts. I strongly urge anyone who would defend the U.S. CoC approach to read both.

[See How Mitch McConnell crushed the tea party https://www.cnn.com/interactive/2014...amby-midterms/
and Company men: The U.S. Chamber flexes its new political muscle https://www.cnn.com/interactive/2014...ber-tea-party/]

The overwhelming majority of economic punditry and opinion come from salespeople on the purchased payroll, direct and indirect, of the chamber. It is one of the most, check that, it is the most corrupt and abusive enterprise in the history of our nation. [See And Yet Again – U.S. Chamber of Commerce Announces Goal To Destroy Nationalists and Conservative Politicians… https://theconservativetreehouse.com...e-politicians/] They are pulling out a very familiar playbook.

(Reuters) – The U.S. Chamber of Commerce on Monday denounced President Donald Trump’s handling of a global trade dispute, issuing a report that argued the tariffs imposed by Washington and retaliation by its partners would boomerang badly on the American economy.

The Chamber, the nation’s largest business lobby group and a traditional ally of Trump’s Republican Party, argued the White House is risking a global trade war with the push to protect U.S. industry and workers with tariffs.

The group’s analysis of the potential hit each U.S. state may take from retaliation by U.S. trading partners painted a gloomy picture that could increase pressure on the White House from Republicans ahead of congressional elections in November.

[…] The Chamber is expected to spend millions of dollars ahead of the November elections to help candidates who back free trade, immigration and lower taxes. It has already backed candidates who share those goals in Republican primaries. (https://mobile.reuters.com/article/a...mpression=true)

The U.S. Chamber of Commerce consists of a massive multinational DC lobbying group that four consecutive administrations’ have allowed to write the actual language in U.S. trade deals and trade negotiations. Bush, Clinton, Clinton, Bush, Bush, Obama, Obama all gave the U.S. Chamber of Commerce the keys to the U.S. economy, and walked away. The U.S. middle-class was nearly destroyed in the process.

CTH has stood alone, for years, against the insufferable horde of CoC political mouthpieces and their media conscripts. The U.S. Chamber of Commerce is at the corrupt center of almost every scheme that fund the Deep Swamp to the detriment of our nation. They are the most vile and insidious UniParty group of lobbyists in Washington DC.

Until Donald Trump came along, they held virtually unlimited power over the U.S. economy. The Chamber is a cancer; and any politician who associates with that abhorrent group should be excised from existence with extreme prejudice.

    Are you nuts?

The right wing are who have been fighting this big government takeover. This is what we warned about. Now you try to blame the right?

Didn't you pay attention when we told you the more you let government grow, the more things like this would happen? How did you not hear that message from the right. This is EXACTLY WHAT WE WARNED OF.

We aren't for big business like your warped little mind has believed. We are against big government because they will partner up with big business and protect them.

You believed you were protecting us from big evil business all these years with the policies you support. But all you did was create a government that insulated and partnered with them, you moron.

You fell for their lies. What a sucker.

You have managed to distort reality for all these years.

    Two articles from October 2015

U.S. Chamber Of Commerce Intends To Spend $100 Million To Defend Establishment GOPe In Primary…

The U.S. Chamber will take the lead, planning to spend $100 million in 2016, a large portion of which will be devoted to defeat conservatives in Republican primaries.

Roll Call reports that “[s]ome of business’ top targets in 2016 will be right-wing, tea party candidates, the types that have bucked the corporate agenda in Congress.”

The $100 million the Chamber plans to spend this cycle is close to triple the amount the group spent in 2012, when President Obama was running for reelection.

And Yet Again – U.S. Chamber of Commerce Announces Goal To Destroy Nationalists and Conservative Politicians…

We spend a lot of time following Tom Donohue and the U.S. Chamber of Commerce simply because if you trace any tentacle of globalist advancement from DC back to its origin you’ll find Donohue and the CoC at the nucleus.

In a post Citizens United SCOTUS landscape, it was Donohue in 2011 who seized upon the unlimited finance opportunity, used K-Street lobbyists, and formerly announced his plans to attack Tea Party (conservative) insurgent politicians. Donohue followed through on this plan in 2012 with primary support for Mitt Romney, and again another announcement in October of 2013 in advance of the 2014 mid-terms.

To facilitate the prior year’s objectives, and to insure a tight controlling grip on the Republican agenda, it was Donohue who decided to take over CPAC and control the event functions, speakers and approvals for any presentations within the convention. Anti-immigration reform speakers were cast out and blocked from appearing.

It was also Donohue, and the U.S. CoC who paid Senate Leader Mitch McConnell to deliver TPA (fast track trade authority). Similarly it was Tom Donohue (through the Chamber of Commerce) who created the legislative priorities for ’14/’15 to insure McConnell/Boehner never tried to repeal ObamaCare....

    https://theconservativetreehouse.com...e-politicians/

He'll probably go after Trump in 2020.

America’s Ruling Class — And the Perils of Revolution
    July 16, 2010
    .
As over-leveraged investment houses began to fail in September 2008, the leaders of the Republican and Democratic parties, of major corporations, and opinion leaders stretching from the National Review magazine (and the Wall Street Journal) on the right to the Nation magazine on the left, agreed that spending some $700 billion to buy the investors’ “toxic assets” was the only alternative to the U.S. economy’s “systemic collapse.” In this, President George W. Bush and his would-be Republican successor John McCain agreed with the Democratic candidate, Barack Obama. Many, if not most, people around them also agreed upon the eventual commitment of some 10 trillion nonexistent dollars in ways unprecedented in America. They explained neither the difference between the assets’ nominal and real values, nor precisely why letting the market find the latter would collapse America. The public objected immediately, by margins of three or four to one.

When this majority discovered that virtually no one in a position of power in either party or with a national voice would take their objections seriously, that decisions about their money were being made in bipartisan backroom deals with interested parties, and that the laws on these matters were being voted by people who had not read them....

EU Threatens Tiny Switzerland Over Low Taxes
    Monday, 28 November 2011
    .
Despite not being a member of the European Union, Switzerland is under intense pressure from Brussels to raise taxes as companies flee high-tax EU welfare states in favor of more business-friendly Swiss cantons. And if the nation refuses to bow down soon, so-called “eurocrats” are threatening retaliation.

The Swiss government has been in discussions with EU bosses for over a year regarding Switzerland’s non-compliance with the “EU Code of Conduct for Business Taxation.” The EU’s goal, according to the Swiss Broadcasting Corporation, is to eliminate what the supranational regime in Brussels calls “harmful tax practices” — low taxes which attract capital, businesses, jobs, and workers away from the crumbling European super-state.

    The EU: Regionalization Trumps Sovereignty
    Tuesday, 20 August 2013
    .
It all began as a simple “Coal and Steel Community” between six European nations after World War II. The scheme was supposed to help prevent further war, or at least that is what its proponents claimed. In the decades since 1952, however, the first real supranational body has morphed into an emerging super-state that will eventually obliterate national sovereignty, and inevitably individual liberty, if left unchecked.

Today, 28 of Europe’s formerly sovereign national governments are rushing full speed toward the imposition of a federal regime — an unaccountable transnational entity seeking to regulate and control virtually everything. There is already a flag and an anthem. The plan is so far along that the European Union’s top leadership and national political leaders across the continent openly boast that the so-called member states will inevitably be bound together under a federal system run from Brussels. The timeline: as early as 2014.

“Taxation Must Go Global,” Says German Finance Minister
    Friday, 31 October 2014
    .
In one of the bluntest statements on the topic by any globalist thus far, controversial German Finance Minister Wolfgang Schäuble (shown) openly called for “global standards” and “global governance” in taxation to ensure that governments can continue extracting huge sums in taxes from the wealth-producing class in perpetuity. In an October 30 column, Schäuble, who regularly promotes globalism and domestic police-state measures, also touted the global tax-information regime long pushed by socialists and globalists just signed in Berlin between more than 120 governments and regimes.

The German finance chief, writing for the self-styled “world’s opinion page” known as Project Syndicate, lambasted businesses for seeking to legally reduce their worldwide tax burden by “adapting their structures.” Citizens, too, must pay more taxes, he argued. In essence, Schäuble claimed that because of a globalized economy and business system, humanity must now submit to a globalized taxation regime as well. “Tax legislation has not kept pace with these developments,” he wrote, echoing calls by globalists around the world for more plunder. “They need to be adapted to the economic reality of digital services.”

WTO Ruling Blasts U.S. Sovereignty; TPP Threatens More of Same
    Wednesday, 27 May 2015
    .
As the World Trade Organization delivers another blow against U.S. sovereignty, President Obama’s Trans-Pacific Partnership (TPP) is poised to add more international judicial attacks against American liberty and independence.

The May 18 ruling by a WTO appellate tribunal declaring a U.S. federal law illegal should have caused giant shock waves across America and should have sunk any hopes of congressional passage of the TPP, which, twinned with the Transatlantic Trade and Investment Partnership (TTIP), forms the centerpiece of the ObamaTrade globalist agenda.

Both the TPP and the TTIP would create international courts that could (and would) override American federal, state, and local laws, as well as federal and state court decisions, and even federal and state constitutions, as The New American has reported previously (see here and here).

Trump Threatens to Leave World Trade Organization
    Tuesday, 02 August 2016
    .
The voters of the United Kingdom stood up for British national sovereignty with their recent decision to leave the European Union (EU), and now Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump is suggesting that he might take the lead in the United States leaving the World Trade Organization (WTO).

When NBC’s Chuck Todd asked Trump on Meet the Press if his punitive tariff plan for businesses that leave the United States could be nixed by the WTO, Trump responded strongly, “It doesn’t matter. Then we’re going to renegotiate or we’re going to pull out. These trade deals are a disaster, Chuck. World Trade Organization is a disaster.”

Two issues divide global elites in America and Europe from their average citizens like no others — immigration and so-called free trade deals. Both these issues involve the move toward regional governments, and eventually a world government, and away from national independence. And Trump has taken the side favored by the general population in the United States.

The memo at the heart of the latest blowup at the National Security Council paints a dark picture of media, academics, the “deep state,” and other enemies allegedly working to subvert U.S. President Donald Trump, according to a copy of the document obtained by Foreign Policy.

The seven-page document, which eventually landed on the president’s desk, precipitated a crisis that led to the departure of several high-level NSC officials tied to former National Security Advisor Michael Flynn. The author of the memo, Rich Higgins, who was in the strategic planning office at the NSC, was among those recently pushed out.

The full memo, dated May 2017, is titled “POTUS & Political Warfare.” It provides a sweeping, if at times conspiratorial, view of what it describes as a multi-pronged attack on the Trump White House.

Trump is being attacked, the memo says, because he represents “an existential threat to cultural Marxist memes that dominate the prevailing cultural narrative.” Those threatened by Trump include “‘deep state’ actors, globalists, bankers, Islamists, and establishment Republicans.”

The memo is part of a broader political struggle inside the White House between current National Security Advisor H.R. McMaster and alt-right operatives with a nationalist worldview who believe the Army general and his crew are subverting the president’s agenda.

IMF Boss Threatens to Ditch U.S. for Communist China, Again
    Thursday, 10 August 2017
    .
The chief of the International Monetary Fund, Christine Lagarde (shown), again threatened that the controversial globalist institution she runs could move its headquarters from Washington, D.C., to Beijing. It is the second time the IMF chief has made the threat publicly in recent years. And it comes as the globalist establishment openly grooms the mass-murdering Communist Chinese dictatorship for a leading role in what top globalists and communists often refer to as the “New World Order.”

Speaking at an event hosted by the Center for Global Development, a left-wing globalist think tank funded by taxpayers and fervent globalists such as Bill Gates, George Soros, and the Rockefellers, Lagarde noted that emerging economies were growing quickly. “Which might very well mean, that if we have this conversation in 10 years time ... we might not be sitting in Washington, D.C.,” said Lagarde, who was convicted of “negligence” late last year as part of an official corruption scandal. “We'll do it in our Beijing head office.”

In essence, Lagarde noted that, if current trends on Communist Chinese economic growth continue, the IMF will give Beijing and its allies more influence in the Fund's decision making. And because the IMF's bylaws call for it to be headquartered in the largest member economy, that could eventually be China — at least if globalists succeed in further handicapping the U.S. economy while boosting China's using schemes such as the United Nations “climate” regime known as the Paris Agreement. As this magazine has documented, the UN pseudo-treaty would transfer vast sums of wealth and productive capacity from America to China under the guise of “climate change.”
