I’ve never put a campaign sign in my yard. Always voted republican in presidential elections for 30 years. Whoever is the most likely pub to beat trump in 2020 will have a sign in my yard. If trump still wins, I’ll vote third party again. That guy embarrasses me...

Some have chosen to dis-allow interracial unions, Fourteen as the age of consent, allow marriage of close relatives, allow polygamy, All property is the mans, I kinda like that one, only allow the missionary position,
on and on. I mentioned before, here a couple can't legally co-habit unless married.
Abortion is Federal because their courts decided to sanction the killing of babies and dis-allowed the States to decide differently. Like a global blanket of allowance.
Fact it seems both the Fed and States make blunderous decisions.
Maybe that's why some people go rogue or become a pirate.
That is the beauty of the federation of states, and states rights. It gives individuals to option to live and influence how laws are made and applied. If one lives in the NYC cesspool and they not okay with abortion just live somewhere else and if one needs to murder their fetus, drive to NYC. That is how it should work.

I get physically sick thinking about NYC buttholes making rules that I have to follow. I would have no recourse with them 1500 miles away. The odor is just not as bad.

No, not until we replace ruth buzzy, too. Even then he is a refreshing change from the swamp dwellers and we will work for him to continue past 2020. corn you can just dream.

Know it's foolish to count yer chickens before they hatch but...

starting to feel a bit of optimism reading about the '#Walk Away' campaign and others talking about themselves starting to recognize the

DummyCRAT Party as a party that hates working Americans and is willing to tear Americans asunder just to regain power.

It is for sure nothing is for sure but I think the democrats are so pissed that Trump can't be beat down or even discouraged that they will beat themselves. They so far have started putting together such a ridiculous strategy that even the slow witted should see they have gone nuts.
The pugs were done with Trump before he took office and it has got them nowhere. Those worthless RINOS can't bring him down either.

I'm not a close follower of the markets, but the huge increase in housing prices has my spidey-senses tingling, and not in a good way.

I'm not confident that the economy is going to remain as strong as everybody wants to think.

    Time will tell.

I hope I am wrong, but I fear that we are approaching the edge of a sharp down-turn or recession. The economy was already healthy and Trump pumped it up via deficit spending (by both tax cuts - and increased spending). Artificial inflation of the markets via debt is not a good thing. Add to that that the benefits of the business tax cuts are in the process of being negated by tariffs, and more importantly un-certainty about future tariffs... and I am very concerned.

Funny how folks will trust an economist, but not a fortune teller.

Economies always go up and down... it is called the business cycle...
And to date (throughout history) NO POLECAT has been able to control it...
Yeah, they manage it a little...
Yet NO POLECAT has EVER literally stopped economic ups and economic downs...
Other than to have a society where the 1%ers are rich, and the remaining 99% are peasants (think the dark ages).
