    Any help would be appreciated

    Guys (or girls),
I have a YK with an optiview that goes haywire every three to four months. When I get the call on it, it is always the same. The chiller has shut down and the screen is black with 4 blue lines running through it. I turn off the power and let the capacitors discharge, turn it back on, and it powers up normally.
It goes through its self checks and starts normally.
I was told that manual 160.80-m1 could help me. Does anyone have access to this manual.
I have repaired chillers for 20 years and did my 5 yr apprenticeship out of Local 614 in Memphis.
If anyone would help, I'd owe you one.

I would start with ALL the grounding star washer terminations . Scrape the paint and re-connect . Then verify ALL plug-ins are tight .
