    HVAC Service Manager

    An HVAC, Chiller and Mechanical service provider in NYC and Metro NYC Market. Headquartered 25 miles east of NYC five boroughs. We provide service, support, maintenance, repair, solutions and sustainable energy products to large building owners, managers and agents including commercial, healthcare, institutional and municipal sectors. Our offerings include remedial and ongoing service, maintenance and solution contract sales. Privately held and in business for over 15 years we remain committed to our clients and offering innovation contemporary solutions with care and consideration to safety, reliability and performance demands in a critically evolving and demanding market.
    We are seeking an Service Manager to operate in existing building service sector, including Commercial Office, Healthcare, Municipal Education and Manufacturing. Interested parties should express strong interpersonal and written communication, self-motivated and oriented to client and company satisfaction:
    Job Description

    Manager all aspects of the HVAC Service Department to ensure continued profit and growth
    Ensure our team of Service Technicians are properly trained and provide the best quality service to our clients.
    Problems solve issues with our clients and technicians daily.
    Evaluate and prepare maintenance agreements
    Determine costs; prepare quotes for service and replacement projects.
    Build partnering relationships with the owner and/or owner representatives responsible for the decision-making process
    Assist Facility Management to achieve their business goals by meeting their operational needs and requirements through the most efficient and cost-effective recommendations and solutions including energy products.
    Work with management to keep them apprised of all progress
    Must have an understanding of Water & Air Cooled Systems, Split Systems, Package Units, Ductless Systems, Heat Pumps, Cooling Towers, Chillers, Controls Troubleshooting.
    Ability to create relationships with clients and provide them remarkable service.
    Communicating with customers and managers regarding service findings is essential.
    Person interested in a career and not just a job.
    Strong desire to learn, grow and develop your skills.
    Ability to excel within a team environment and willingness to help in all areas of the business.

    Minimum 5-7 year progressive field experience. Experience in similar service sector desired but not necessary for select individual. Must possess high energy, self-motivation and excellent verbal & written communication skills as well as demonstrate a commitment to integrity and hard work.
