AIR RUN PROCEDURE PRE UCP2 CONTROLS CVHE 045 (1983 )

I have a dilemma could use some advice .
About ready for the air run before installing the suction elbow .
Well I have the procedure for the ucp2 I have done one before .
    Wye - delta configuration.
This is Robert Shaw motor control system .
My issue is had to remove the control panel to remove suction ell
No room whole job picking sections using the building beam with Gantry beam attached .
I hate to reinstall the control panel and wire just to remove it again for the suction ell .
Wondering if any one has a procedure for Robert Shaw controls .
Any suggestion would highly be appreciated.
