    I called YJ today... Gave them my RGA number, lady was like.. I don't see it here, we are in the middle of changing are system to use different letters for warranty.. another 3 letter acronym. Said that is probably why she don't see em... Said she would call me back, did not get a phone call back. As much as I like YJ, i hate to say it, FP offers way better support.

    Received repaired one yesterday, thought I was getting a new one, didn't think they are able to pull em apart and replace the stem that got crimped
