    Yep running server 2016 standard. no issues yet, servers been up for almost a year now.

    Thanks, just wanted to have a heads up before I purchase a server with server 2016. N4 manual doesn't mention anything about server 2016, only server 2012.

    No. The software generates a Host ID for each machine.

    Usually can be transferred for a small fee. A lot smaller than buying everything again.

    Pending on who’s name is on it, if the customers or yours then there shouldn’t be any issue but if it’s a different companies, then you may have fun proving that it’s the customers and they want a license transfer.
