    I spoke with Jackson Systems, who sell the iO-Universal-Twinning kit, same one Lennox sells. The guy said they twin variable ECM motors all the time without problem.

    While "they do it all the time", that does not mean it is working correctly!!!

    There is a reason mfrs DON'T approve of it. Most likely the mfr, NOT the control company, has tested the equipment in this configuration. The controls may activate the equipment, but I'll bet that is all the controls company can confirm.

    Personally, I would not approve of this set up.

    Customers only think of their systems in terms of comfort & operating cost so good luck convincing them a problem exists if they don't have a complaint of their own...
