    Mini Split problem

I have a customer with Heat Controller Mini Split Heat Pump model A-VMH24SB that the outside fan won't cut off. The only way to stop the fan is to turn the breaker off. Has anyone seen this problem before or a tech support number I can call for help.

If it doesn't shut off even when the remote is turned off, you most likely need to replace the board outside. The tech support number for Heat Controller (now Mars) is 517.780.3208

Is the compressor running? Ordinarily, inverter systems will run non-stop.

I agree as for the board. Also, you have a nice avatar (sorry, it couldn`t be helped).

By the way did you ever get down to the bottom of this issue? Curious to see what ended up being a solution like I said Im pretty sure I have something to do with the board
