geo thermal. cant get suction pressure above (R410A) 97PSIG causing nuisance low pressure trips. has correct charge, fan rpm maxed,i was told water temp ok, water flow ok have no chart for these parameters to prove that.

If you can't verify water flow and temp it is wrong....

90% of the problems with every geo I have ever worked on was a water issue. And please tell me you checked the charge by weighing it in, because otherwise your chasing your tail.
