We are hiring an HVAC Distributor Account Representative who will play a crucial role in building, maintaining, and expanding our partner relationships. This role not only supports these relationships but also lends their technical knowledge to assist with training and educating. Our partners will rely on you to provide the support they need to sell our product and be brand evangelists for us.

To be successful in this role, you will need to:

Understand how our product works, be able to effectively explain this to a variety of technically proficient individuals, and provide accurate selection assistance and basic technical support.
Interact in engaging conversations with our partners via email, telephone, and webinars and capture the highlights of those interactions, entering them into our CRM database.
Assist with the development and execution of account specific business plans to facilitate a strong and successful partnership.
Create and conduct strategic on site visit plans to support, educate, and train our partners while supporting their customer base.
Make outbound phone calls to perform account management, update/verify contact information in our CRM, and follow up on opportunities.
Effectively communicate with our partners, understand what they need and provide this in a prompt, friendly manner.

This is an inside role based out of our Woburn, MA office. Some travel will be required up to five days per month. We need someone who is technically proficient and interested in expanding their technical knowledge.
