Boom! DONALD TRUMP: I Won the Popular Vote If You Subtract the Illegal Voters
    .
Trump won 30 states and 1 electoral vote in Maine.
Hillary won 20 states and the District of Columbia.

But Democrats keep repeating that Hillary Clinton won the popular vote.

    Today Trump challenged that thought.

Illegal Aliens Really Do Vote – a Lot
    January 28, 2017
    .
A warm, sunny Saturday a decade ago, there was a Hispanic festival in our small town, a bedroom community for illegal aliens seeking day labor jobs in the nearby wealthy suburbs. It was a sanctuary city at the time. No problem with the festival itself. The music was lively and the food tasty. And don't the Irish have St. Patrick's Day, and the Italians Columbus Day?

While wandering around the festivities, I noticed a table with three nice ladies in front of a "Register To Vote" sign. Curious about its presence at a festival where the bulk of the crowd was either illegal alien day laborers or legal non-citizens, I went over to inquire. Before I spoke, one of those nice ladies asked me if I was registered to vote. Wanting to see where this would go, I said no, and asked how to sign up. A voter registration form was thrust in my hands. The very first item on these forms, in Virginia and the rest of America, was "I am a citizen of the United States of America," with YES and NO blocks to check.

"Don't I need to show you some proof of citizenship?" I asked. She replied "no." I asked her how she could verify that I wasn’t lying. Sensing she might be on a slippery slope, she called over a supervisor from the Registrar's Office and told the woman of my concern. The official told me they never checked citizenship status because I would be penalized if I lied. Really? So I asked her how she would verify my truthfulness, or those of the dozens of new voters being registered that day. Defensively, she replied that they checked all registrations for accuracy at the Registrar's Office when they were turned in.

I called the Registrar Monday, and asked if they do indeed verify citizenship status. I was told that they didn't unless someone made a specific complaint against an individual applicant.

Forward to our next local election, where the illegal alien presence....

Trump vindication? New study shows MILLIONS of “non-citizens” have been voting in U.S. elections
    06/23/2017
    .
After Donald J. Trump handily defeated Hillary Clinton in November, her shell-shocked campaign, along with the entire Democratic Left, could only grasp at one fact to soothe their bruised, over-inflated egos: Their candidate, at least, won the popular vote.

Well, she did, no question about it. But even that is tainted, given that her majority came entirely from one state: California (more on that in a moment).

But Trump, not willing to concede a single point regarding his historic win, quickly made a counter-claim that sent the Left into apoplectic fits: He said he would have also won the popular vote, along with the electoral majority, were it not for millions of non-citizens and illegal aliens casting ballots.

    The Washington Post huffed:

Days after being sworn in, President Trump insisted to congressional leaders invited to a reception at the White House that he would have won the popular vote had it not been for millions of illegal votes, according to people familiar with the meeting.

Trump has repeatedly claimed, without evidence, that widespread voter fraud caused him to lose the popular vote to Hillary Clinton, even while he clinched the presidency with an electoral college victory.

‘There’s no proof! Where’s your evidence?’ his critics wailed.

    Now he has some.

As noted by the Washington Times, a new report from an independent think tank that is widely cited estimates that, in the 2008 election, as many as 5.7 million non-citizens cast ballots, with about two-thirds of that amount voting in the 2012 election.

To come up with its findings, the organization Just Facts, led by President James D. Agresti, examined voter data compiled by Harvard/YouGov, an exhaustive study that is conducted every two years using questions from a sampling of tens of thousands of voters — some of whom admit that they are not U.S. citizens but who vote anyway.

The group’s findings “confront both sides in the illegal voting debate: Those who said it happens a lot and those who said the problem is nonexistent,” The Times reported.

On the one one side, there are studies by researchers at Old Dominion University who sought to gather scientifically obtained voting data on non-citizens using the Harvard compilations, which are embodied in an ongoing analysis called the Cooperative Congressional Election Study.

On the other side are those who contend from other studies using the same data that “zero” non-citizens out of some 18 million U.S. adults voted. As expected, the discredited Left-leaning “mainstream” media quickly took this position — so they could say ‘No, Mr. President, there is no problem with widespread voter fraud,’ thus debunking the Old Dominion conclusions.

But despite being lambasted by the liberal press, the ODU profs have stood by their conclusions, contending that data show anywhere between 38,000 and 2.8 million voted illegally in 2008.

However, Agresti’s analysis concluded that the actual numbers are very likely much higher. He says data show that about 7.9 million non-citizens were registered illegally that year, and that between 594,000 and 5.7 million of them voted.

    Hatch Act Violation:

Judicial Watch Warns California to Clean Voter Registration Lists or Face Federal Lawsuit
Data Show LA, San Diego, San Francisco Have More Registered Voters than Eligible Adult Citizens – LA Voting Rolls Have 144% of the Total Number of Eligible Residents
    .
(Washington, DC) – Judicial Watch announced it sent a notice-of-violation letter to the state of California and 11 of its counties threatening to sue in federal court if it does not clean its voter registration lists as mandated by the National Voter Registration Act (NVRA). Both the NVRA and the federal Help America Vote Act require states to take reasonable steps to maintain accurate voting rolls. The August 1 letter was sent on behalf of several Judicial Watch California supporters and the Election Integrity Project California, Inc.

In the letter, Judicial Watch noted that public records obtained on the Election Assistance Commission’s 2016 Election Administration Voting Survey and through verbal accounts from various county agencies show 11 California counties have more registered voters than voting-age citizens: Imperial (102%), Lassen (102%), Los Angeles (112%), Monterey (104%), San Diego (138%), San Francisco (114%), San Mateo (111%), Santa Cruz (109%), Solano (111%), Stanislaus (102%), and Yolo (110%).

In the letter, Judicial Watch noted that Los Angeles County officials “informed us that the total number of registered voters now stands at a number that is a whopping 144% of the total number of resident citizens of voting age.”

Does it take you that long to get these news items ??? I mean... august of last year.....

Is there like a rerun internet... you get it at half the cost but only get content thats a year old.... lol

Voter fraud.... what gets me about these millions of illegal voters is that nobody goes to jail over it. Sure... they might get some granny who used her dead daughters card... or some other isolated incident... but millions of illegal voters.... busloads of illegal voters... and nobody ever goes to jail over it... heck fire... nobody is ever even indicted over it.

Even in North Carolina where they have that guy pretty much behind the 8 ball..... I doubt he will serve a day in jail... probably wont even get a summons to appear in court.

It will just blow over with the next major news event.

I file articles when I see them online. As I file them, I rename them with a publishing date at the front.
For example, the filename for the first article in the post above is:
    .
17-6-23 Trump vindication New study shows MILLIONS of “non-citizens” have been voting in U.S. elections

This way, they are in order by publication date. Every once in a while I go to the file and pull out a few of the oldest articles.

I try to publish enough to eventually catch up, but I don't want to bombard everyone, and I don't want to
run out due to a temporary sparcity of available articles. I'd rather have a high ratio of views to posts, a high
number of repeat viewers, and a somewhat cyclical pattern of presentation.

The US Coup Attempt thread is the exception to this rule. There's a lot of information out there that goes
unpublished by the mainstream media, so I come out like a three-handed paper hanger when I get around to it.

Some 3.5 million more people are registered to vote in the U.S. than are alive among America’s adult citizens. Such staggering inaccuracy is an engraved invitation to voter fraud.

The Election Integrity Project of Judicial Watch — a Washington-based legal-watchdog group — analyzed data from the U.S. Census Bureau’s 2011–2015 American Community Survey and last month’s statistics from the federal Election Assistance Commission. The latter included figures provided by 38 states. According to Judicial Watch, eleven states gave the EAC insufficient or questionable information. Pennsylvania’s legitimate numbers place it just below the over-registration threshold.

As Evidence of Election Fraud Emerges, the Media Wants to Keep You in the Dark
    .
If you have no idea what happened at the second meeting of President Donald Trump’s Advisory Commission on Election Integrity in New Hampshire on Sept. 12, I’m not surprised.

Though a horde of reporters attended the meeting, almost all of the media stories that emerged from it simply repeated the progressive left’s mantra that the commission is a “sham.”

Almost no one covered the substantive and very concerning testimony of 10 expert witnesses on the problems that exist in our voter registration and election system.

The witnesses included academics, election lawyers, state election officials, data analysts, software experts, and computer scientists.

The existing and potential problems they exposed would give any American with any common sense and any concern for our democratic process cause for alarm.

The first panel included Andrew Smith of the University of New Hampshire, Kimball Brace of Election Data Services Inc., and John Lott. They testified about historical election turnout statistics and the effects of election integrity issues on voter confidence.

Lott also testified that his statistical analyses show that contrary to the narrative myth pushed by some, voter ID does not depress voter turnout. In fact, there is some evidence that it may increase turnout because it increases public confidence in elections.

Eleven states have counties with more registered voters than voting-age citizens
    .
Government watchdog group Judicial Watch has filed a new election integrity lawsuit against the Maryland State Board of Elections and Montgomery County for denying the group access to voter registration files requested under a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) lawsuit.

Maryland was one of 11 states Judicial Watch sent notice letters to in April explaining how there were more registered voters in some counties than there were citizens over the age of 18.

“Maryland doesn’t want us to expose its voter roll mess, and we hope the courts move quickly so we can begin the process of cleaning up the rolls,” Judicial Watch President Tom Fitton said. “This is a national problem, and Maryland is the scene of one of many legal battles we must be prepared to fight for clean elections.”

Judicial Watch said Maryland denied it access to the list because state law “supposedly restricts the release of voter registration information only to Maryland registered voters.”

The Delicious Ignorance of Marie Harf
    Feb 20, 2018
    .
Now let’s go to Marie Harf. What’s being discussed here? Russian meddling in the 2016 election. And it has come to light — and we were on the cutting edge of this — remember Obama bragging how he had told Putin to cut it out? And Obama telling everybody the Russians couldn’t affect the outcome of our elections. They’re too complicated. They’re too complex. And Obama let everybody know it wasn’t that big a deal.

Remember, everybody thinks Hillary’s gonna win. Obama couldn’t start giving credit to the Russians for being able to affect anything because that would taint her win. So Obama’s out there basically saying the Russians are meaningless, they can’t do anything because nobody wanted to taint what they all thought was gonna be Hillary’s victory.

But what then came to light is that, well, if Obama knew that the Russians were doing this back in 2016, then why didn’t he do something to stop it? Why all of a sudden now is it up to Trump to do something about it, when Obama was fully aware of it and talking about it and told everybody that he had told Putin to cut it out, why is Obama getting a pass? So Bill Hemmer says to Marie Harf, “President Obama said to Putin two months before the election to cut it out. Was that the extent of it?”

HARF: My former boss and others confronted Russia repeatedly over this, and we did take steps. Publicly before the election we came out and named and shamed Russia so voters would know what was going on, and we eventually expelled dozens of diplomats.

    HEMMER: I don’t know…

HARF: We also had a Republican candidate at the time, Donald Trump, who was on this campaign, speeches saying, “Russia, please interfere. Please hack Hillary Clinton, and please release those emails.” So we were confronting a candidate who was actually encouraging Russia.

Hemmer, I don’t know, I’m guessing, but he says, “You know, I just want to –” I think what he was gonna say is, “Marie, you guys really didn’t take it that seriously, did you?” But they did. See, they did. This is classic. This is a classic illustration of the left being humorless and having no sense of humor and no ability to recognize it and certainly no ability to laugh at it. Let me play again for you what she’s talking about. “We had a candidate who was in speeches, ‘Russia please interfere, please hack Hillary, please release those emails.’ So we were confronting a candidate who was encouraging the Russians to hack Hillary.”

It’s absurd. It is mind-blowing. They really think this. I tell audiences when I speak, I give them examples of what liberals say, and they start laughing, and I stop them. And I say, “Folks, they believe this. They believe this stuff.” As a predicate to saying there’s no compromise with these people and there’s no educating them. There’s no bringing them up to speed. These people have to be defeated.

Marie Harf, for all of her education, and for all of her sophistication, for all of whatever else she has, is ignorant, just plain, flat-out ignorant. This is what Trump said. I’m sure you’ll remember it. It was July 26th, 2016, in Doral, Florida. And it’s what triggered this whole thing. And at the time everybody’s trying to find out what happened to Hillary’s emails.

She had 60,000 on her server. She deleted 30,000 and turned 30,000 over. Those 30,000 that she deleted, they have to be somewhere. Comey said he couldn’t find them. Comey in his July 5th press conference, which is about three weeks prior to this, had exonerated Hillary. They couldn’t find the 30,000 emails. They weren’t looking very hard. But it was a subject of interest.

And so there’s a press conference that Trump holds at Doral, his golf club down there. And during the Q&A, this is what Trump said about Hillary’s missing emails…

TRUMP: I will tell you this: Russia, if you’re listening, I hope you’re able to find the 30,000 emails that are missing. I think you will probably be rewarded mightily by our press. Let’s see if that happens.

I watched it. I watched it and I’m laughing myself silly. I’m saying, “This is exactly how I would approach it. This is great parody, great satire. This is ramming it right down their throats. ‘Hey, maybe if you guys can’t find… You guys say Russia’s doing this and you guys say Russia’s doing that. Well, hey, Russia, maybe you can find these emails, and if you do, turn ’em over to our media,'” and look how they interpreted that.

Marie Harf, “We had a candidate at the time who was on the campaign speeches saying, ‘Russia, please interfere! Please hack Hillary Clinton.'” No! Please find what had already been hacked. This is instructive, folks. They really believe this lunacy that they profess. Some of this, they really believe. It’s not just strategized, focus-grouped phraseology. They really believe this. They are really that humorless and dense, and I think probably filled with hatred for Trump.
    ...
Here’s Obama. This is from our archives way back on October 18, 2016 in the White House Rose Garden. Question: “Donald Trump is telling his supporters the election is rigged. He’s asking to monitor certain areas on Election Day. Are you worried that the election Donald might be distrusted?”

OBAMA: I have never seen in my lifetime or in modern political history any presidential candidate trying to discredit the elections and the election process before votes have even taken place. It’s unprecedented. It happens to be based on no facts. … [T]here is no serious person out there who would suggest somehow that you could even rig America’s elections, in part, because they are so decentralized and the numbers of votes involved. There is no evidence that that has happened in the past or that there are instances in which that will happen this time. And so I’d invite Mr. Trump to stop whinin’ and go try to make his case to get votes.

There’s Obama in 2016. (paraphrased) “It’s not possible! It isn’t possible, unprecedented. Nobody’s ever whined and complained about election results beforehand.” BS! The Democrats do it before every election. The Democrats are constantly shouting about voter fraud.

This is classic and textbook behavior of the left:

Say there is not a problem,
While knowing they ARE doing exactly what they are telling you does not exist!

    Then, when it is questioned...
They holler 'you conspiracy nuts are loco'...
All the while they are STILL doing what they say does not exist...

Folks need to use some common sense here!

Voter Identification Requirements | Voter ID Laws
    National Conference of State Legislatures
    .
Introduction: A total of 35 states have laws requesting or requiring voters to show some form of identification at the polls, all of which are in force in 2019. Scroll over the map below for state-by state details.

The remaining 15 states use other methods to verify the identity of voters. Most frequently, other identifying information provided at the polling place, such as a signature, is checked against information on file. See NCSL’s Voter Verification Without ID Documents.

Please note that the information contained on this page contains information on the current, in-effect laws. A chronology of voter ID legislation since 2000 can also be found on NCSL's History of Voter ID page.

Schumer Gets Hysterical After SCOTUS Defends Ohio’s Voter Registration Process
    June 11th, 2018
    .
On Monday, Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer ripped the Supreme Court’s decision to rule in favor of the “Use it or Lose it” voter registration process, saying it would “disenfranchise” voters.
    .
The ongoing push to disenfranchise American voters, led by the Trump administration and its allies at the state and local level, received a big boost from the #SCOTUS today. This is why elections matter. https://t.co/XzchYbpB9J

    — Chuck Schumer (@SenSchumer) June 11, 2018

The right to vote is the most sacred right we have as citizens. Aggressive voter purge systems like Ohio’s essentially make voting a “use it or lose it” privilege.

    — Chuck Schumer (@SenSchumer) June 11, 2018

Democracy suffers when laws make it harder for U.S. Citizens to vote. This decision is dangerous and damaging and is NOT why we passed the National Voter Registration Act in ‘93. In fact, this goes completely against the spirit of the law.

    — Chuck Schumer (@SenSchumer) June 11, 2018

When Congress passed the NVRA, a balance between was struck between the desire to make it as easy as possible for eligible voters to cast ballots and the need for States to maintain accurate voter rolls.

    — Chuck Schumer (@SenSchumer) June 11, 2018

In today’s decision, the #SCOTUS seemingly ignores the rights of the eligible voters who will be denied the right to vote in future elections simply because they chose not to vote in the past.

    — Chuck Schumer (@SenSchumer) June 11, 2018

But as Dan McLaughlin pointed out in a comprehensive piece at National Review, the court’s narrow 5-4 decision in Husted v. A. Philip Randolph Institute only resolved a narrow point of federal statutory law:
    .
The Court was not asked to decide if states are allowed to purge names from the voter rolls. Federal law requires them to do so. That law, the National Voter Registration Act of 1993, was written by congressional Democrats, passed with the votes of every single Democratic senator and 238 of the 252 Democrats in the House at the time (including Nancy Pelosi, Chuck Schumer, Dick Durbin, Steny Hoyer, and James Clyburn) and signed into law by President Bill Clinton.

    McLaughlin concluded:
    .
In reality, purges of inactive voter registrations are necessary to maintaining fair and honest elections, and when they actually had responsibility for writing federal laws on the subject, Democrats recognized that … It’s always worth investigating these things, but the immediate leap to assume partisan conspiracies is misguided; while partisan mischief in voting has been going on as long as we’ve had democracy, the fact remains that somebody has to make sure that the voter rolls bear some relationship to the voters, and that will always involve judgments about how best to do it. At the end of the day, the Husted decision is simply one fairly narrow decision about the mechanics of a process that Congress has already decided must be carried out.

The Supreme Court’s Narrow Decision on Purging Voter Rolls
    .
The Supreme Court this morning, in a 5-4 decision, upheld Ohio’s purge of the names of some inactive voters from the voter rolls. “Purging voters” sounds pretty radical, right? That’s what you’d think from the loud freakout over the decision from Democrats and liberal/progressive pundits and celebrities. The reality is much more modest, and Justice Alito’s opinion in Husted v. A. Philip Randolph Institute resolved only a very narrow question of federal statutory law.

^BTW, this practice of purging old voter rolls was the crux of Stacey Abrams's claim of voter fraud in the 2018 race for Governor of Georgia.
