So I know all the bad stuff about LNAS. But nobody is hiring me! The branch manager wants me to come in for an interview. He goes over the job and says I will be put on a treadmill and my vital signs will be monitored!!!!! Is this for real?

Haven't heard that one before, but the new thing I've heard my region doing is having the interviewee prove they can lift a box or extension ladder (32'). I guess it does say as much on the job listing about being able to lift 50 lbs by yourself or whatever it is.

The treadmill and vital signs sounds hilarious though haha. "Whatever it takes!"

Have fun working part time hours in the middle of the summer. Their "Branch managers" are called that for a reason. If they called them "Service managers" they'd be arrested for FRAUD.

That must be new in the last 5 years or so, but not surprising, probably has to do with there crappy health insurance program. They are self insured and ding you for all anything negative; smoking, over weight, high blood pressure, etc...
