    Best WiFi thermostat

Friend of mine is single. Has no real set hours of leaving and coming home.
So a plain programmable doesn't do the job.
Last night he asked me about a WiFi thermostat he could control from his phone.
Which is the best thermostat for his needs?

If it was mine I have the TH6220WF2006 installed. I would also ask a local contractor for recommendations
