    The manual has troubleshooting for intermittent pilot ignition. I would start by following that.

    Unfortunately it can be difficult to decipher what a customer means by blower doesn't come on. Burner blower, oven blower, maybe blower isn't coming up to full speed?

    I am thinking oven blower. As soon as he resets the circuit breaker everything works fine.

    Might have to clarify which "breaker" customer is talking about? Looking at the diagram there are four 15 amp internal CBs, there is also a reset button on the overload.

    Or is he referring to service panel breakers?

    Is it possible that the breaker is not Motor rated?

    Good question. He hasn't called me back. Guess he is going to wait till it becomes an emergency.
