    intercom system

    Hello gentlemen,
I have questions regarding an older apartment intercom system.
While installing HVAC ducts, equipment, etc., my guys must have disturbed the old intercom wires on a
    3 unit brownstone in Boston.
The wiring is low voltage, old and brittle.
I found a 16 volt transformer burnt out. Found the wires connected to the transformer were shorted further up. I fixed the wires and replaced the transformer but
the intercom system still doesn't work.
I have attached a plan that I think is similar to what I am dealing with but I cant find the controller (Af-1000 as shown in the diagram) which all the wires should terminate to.
Can anyone point me in the right direction?
    Thank you.
