I'll never post my work on here because I don't think my self-esteem could handle it.

Looks good. I would just say why not use proper clamps on the venting instead of plumbers tape?

What's with the 2" pressure 90's on the flue? Those are real restrictive and cut into your overall flue length a bunch.

Eh. On these short vents that go straight through the roof it isn't an issue. It's only a 60k furnace.

Only when we use a pump and vinyl tubing. Haven't had any issues with cpvc or pvc where there are straight runs out

What is the temp/%RH in the home typically on hot day?
    During wet rainy weather?

Bear Rules: Keep our home <50% RH summer, controls mites/mold and very comfortable.
Provide 60-100 cfm of fresh air when occupied to purge indoor pollutants and keep window dry during cold weather. T-stat setup/setback +8 hrs. saves energy
Use +Merv 10 air filter. -Don't forget the "Golden Rule"

Yes, there is a disconnect for the AC.
Would’ve been the time to replace that water heater. Wild guess 1989 ? Usually don’t see them that old in any other market. 20-25 years without an a lid rod replacement is normal here. But not many other places

Looks nice, curious about the drain on the coil though. EZ Trap, but no overflow safety? I don’t prefer having the trap lower than the drain outlet, even with those caps on the tees, but it is in a garage so not a major problem.
