HH is for Acid removal btw and not to be 'left in' and replaced with another along with a real Oil test,not some 'paper crap' and Then left open or as I 'prefer' the Felt core just to Protect Mr. Compressor from the possibility of the Future. Some dump in the 'Acid away' and I suppose that can be a good thing on a low level burn out,but when you have Massive black crude coming forth,you best uses a 'condom' and swap again if your going deeper.

mrkelly, I have NO IDEA what the HH stands for. But I DO KNOW that the 2 acids that get created in the system are Hydrochloric and Hydroflouric.

If it's not. Bad burn then I just add acid away and replace the first 2-3' of suction line to the compressor and use an HH liquid drier. If it's a bad burn then it gets suction HH drier no question, return trip, maybe oil change etc etc
