    Ritchie yellowjacket vacuum pump

I am a minnesota man that buys from mn companies. I believe in keeping the money close. That said I purchased what I believed was a quality super evac. Model 93460. Now I need a part 93461. Call ritchie yellowjacket. It's no longer support and we are out of stock. Now I have a 600.00 vac pump the is only worth scrap. Why should I buy a new one from the company in my back yard. I understand companies like LG. 5 years and no more parts. Not happy.

    Thanks for reading.
    Jason.

I have always been a JB fan for pumps, right up until I bought my TEZ.

So you took this thing out of the box after 15 years in storage?

Machines don't like to be stored that long without use.

We stopped selling the 93460 in 2003 so we no longer service that pump. However, we do have a 93461 6 cfm cartridge in stock. If you would like to order that part number, please call our customer service department at 800-769-8370. Thank you for purchasing YELLOW JACKET.

I did call them and the lady said we no longer service or have parts for the machine. I'll try again.

Ask to speak with Carrie Cecere. She knows you will be calling. Or email me your number at mgentry@yellowjacket.com and I'll ask her to call you. Sorry for inconvenience!

I thinks it's cool when a representative from a company follows these threads and responds. Good job.
