    My new invention

    Its a customer that only calls during normal business hours, pays promptly, replaces worn out junk equipment, and doesnt ask you every 5 minutes are you done yet.
    I'm going to be rich!

    Actually, if you can land a contract from the government, I bet they'd fit the description.
    If you want to bother working on a 70 page RFP, that is!

    I've got a few that will fit the invention,,,,,,,,almost.
    One way to outthink people is to make them think you think. They'll think you're not really thinking what you're trying to get them to think you think...........

    These customers need to be conditioned with some bad experience.

    Had a customer that got a young guy to install his ac and furnace guess he had been in the business for 6 months and was ready to conquer.

    His heat had never worked right and the guy had been out half a dozen times with no luck

    So he called us in the middle of the night and rick had it figured out in about 10 minutes, two of the vacuum tubes were swip swapped.

    Then i had the pleasure of going out in the spring for a no cool and it had a bad compressor i think. Got him a new one under warranty he while it was recovered i checked the piston and it had none.

    So i ran and got the piston and got it installed and charged the guy a little extra for the trouble. No crying on his side he paid in full and tipped me $200 bucks

    Not a rich man either had a modest home. He was genuinely thankful for our knowlage without any noticeable resentment towards the installer. All around good guy well within his means. I cant stand a person lowballing with more money senator. Maybe they expect to be gouged but no honest company would do that.
