You need to update your personal profile on this site with your email address. Once that is done I can email you what I got.

SLC, I used your manual on a RTU that was throwing the '9" code. First, I shut down the gas to the unit and bypassed all the limits, it never faulted. Replace the limits and it would run fine for a couple of weeks, the fault again. I finally added the transformer, and it would only fault once every 3 months or so. Finally one of the compressors broke internally, and the vibration caused a weld on the base plate to leak refrigerant, and the unit got replaced. I always felt like the fan vibration was causing the limit mounted on the blower housing to chatter contacts occasionally. 4 other identical units on the roof, and never any faults on these. Me and the customer glad to make this one go away.

Thanks for being a positive resource on this forum.

May have updated your profile, but site has yet to make it available. There are a lot of restrictions based on number of posts, member status, etc. that determine how emails become available.

For future reference you have the following

Board with 3 round push-buttons is the 1A board

Board with 4 round push-buttons is the LITE board

Board with two digit LED and 4 push buttons is the ELITE board

and the newest platform with the digital screen and mini joystick is the SSE board

All in all the 1A and LITE board are basically the same other than the addition of interface button. The ELITE boards are utilized on larger tonnage Millenium equipment. And all of these are slowly being phased out with the newer SSE board.

I will check back in the morning to see if your email showed up in your profile.

I still don’t see your email in your Profile.

When in "Settings", you need to add it to “My Profile”, not “MY Account”.

We can only see what you add to "My Profile".

One more thing: get a couple more posts (need 15) and apply for "PRO" membership, which will allow you access to the "LOCKED" Pro forums - you won't be disappointed.

Any chance one could get the info without being a Pro Forum member? I know this is an old thread but I could use the info. Thanks.

Make a new post requesting the information, and in your post include some background information so that you can be believable as a service technician, and one of our members may decide he would like to send you an email with the information that you need.... and that is totally up to him.... so make sure you have a valid email address in your profile that he can use, because you can't put your email address in a post.

    Hope this helps.

I almost ordered the wrong board. The Simplicity Lite has 3 buttons, and the A1 board is the next generation with 4 buttons.
