Question on Mini Split For House Plan

I am looking to build a small house and would like to use the mitsubishi mini split system.
The house will be on a slab with the lower level open and the upper level for the master
bed, bath and closets.

I wanted to see what recommendations are out there for this project. 500sq lower aprox
260 upper
