    You should consider sealing the envelope a little better; particularly where the walls meet (or in your case, do not meet) the ground. :grin:

    Looks like typical pole barn construction to me. If so, the concrete is poured after the structure is built.

    I would seriously consider closed cell foam insulation if it's something that fits the budget.

    Think it gets r21 in the walls. We will blow a couple feet in the attic. No heated floor, I want air conditioning in the shop so it will just get a furnace and air. Hopefully have slab done next couple days, maybe the doors by the end of the week.

    this is a home owner who's package unit the ac part died and was cheaper to him to do it this way.
    if i was on a tight budget i would do the same BUT REDO it right when i had the proper funds
