Soo good, and much better than off the flattop. Doesn't come off all greasy and is crisp throughout. Just wish I hadn't started sprinkling brown sugar on it. Now it doesn't taste right without it.
Anyways give a try if ya haven't already, is easy and delicious especially with a sprinkle of brown sugars.

Will have to try this! I bake my bacon in the oven ... no mess and cooks perfectly every time. 20 minutes at 350 with no preheat
You may also try to make soup with smoked bacon. It's delicious.
So glad this post was brought up again. Can't go wrong with smoked bacon!
