President Obama owes the American people an apology

BHO owes the American people an apology...
Sounds like someone finally did some thinking:

    http://www.foxnews.com/opinion/2016/...e-apology.html

    Exert:
Obama and his socialist cabal should apologize to every middle class American for the harm they've done to the U.S. economy; upward mobility; middle class jobs (there are none) and the American Dream (it’s dead).

They've created an unimaginable DISASTER. They’ve destroyed the greatest nation…the greatest economy…the greatest economic system (capitalism)…and greatest middle class in world history.

I would rather see him imprisoned.

    So would I...

However I will take the public apology...
As I doubt the latter is gonna happen.

    OTOH...
    If libbies heard him apologize...
They would take it and promote what a wonderful guy he is...
Which the media would run with.

Better for him to go to prison...

Obama should be forced to apologize immediately after GWB gives his apology for screwing this great country. It is only fair.

I think the destruction of this country started way before BHO took office, he just did his part in a faster pace. And while I would love to blame this one man it goes to a much larger group of people including the House and Senate, media, and a plethora of civic groups.

But what makes it worse is we have done it to ourselves. Paul Harvey warned us back in the 60's but did we listen, NO. Others have tried over the years but it always fell on deaf ears. Now the cows are out of the barn and we want to round them up before the storm comes and scatters them for good but the storm has already hit.

Too many have gotten accustom to making a good living off the government handouts, our kids are for the most part little b!tches that can't handle a little adversity, and a large part of the population expects the government to handle things for them rather than take responsibility for their own lives. When over half of the population falls into one or more of these categories a tipping point has been reached that it will be hard to recover from. I usually try to be positive about things but these days it's getting harder and harder to do.

    National Debt
    2008 - $10,025.
2016 (as of January) - National Debt over 19 trillion (nearly double of 2008).

    GDP
    2008 - Just under 15 trillion
2016 - About 18 trillion (less than our debt now) and is headed downward.

Unemployment rate when Bush left office 7.8%
Unemployment rate now: Officially - 5%, but they are cooking the books. Economists estimate the REAL unemployment rate is 12-15%

    Adjusted Median Household Income
    2008 -$57,987
    2016 - $57,243 (slightly less)

    Home ownership rates
    2008 68%
    2016 63%

Let me see if I have this right. You are saying that the Great Recession happened on Obama's watch? I think most economists would disagree. The downward trajectory of the economy was set in motion during the Bush dynasty and while Obama has made some serious mistakes he was handed a mess that the Republicans vowed to perpetuate so that he would not be seen as being successful. Obstruction was the order of the day in Congress to the detriment of the middle class.

Oh please, every president has had to deal with the last presidents failures or successes. They can either make the best of the situation and move forward or they can whine and cry at every turn about how bad it was and everything they have to deal with. BHO has done more to divide this country rich vs poor, black vs white, employer vs employee, the list is endless. Rather than pushing ACA which has been a huge dividing issue he could have pushed for unity and getting the country back to work and out of recession.

Salty tries to perpetuate the lie that the crash was Bush's fault when he knows fill well what would have been a normal dip in the economy turned into a crash because of the housing bubble bursting.

And we all know this was the fault of the federal government meddling in the free market. Seems to be a pattern of where government meddles in the market, things go wrong. Weird huh? And which political movement is the one that has warned of these things for decades? Yeah, conservatives.

I guess I'm just fortunate, but I made the most dough ever last year and will make more this. Kids are entering the work force and have good jobs. Sky not falling here.
