    Is it the radius on the black pipe in the back?

    Or is it the broken throat on that elbow should have been radiused instead of square.

    I thought you were suppose to condition the space between the ductwork and insulation. ... that way it doesn't sweat :-p

    I was told "Management has been aware of this for over 1 year." Its sad when a multi-million dollar corporation wont fix an issue like this.

    Yes the seam is broken, buts its broken due to improper support and, according to workers, an encounter with a forklift mast. The entire duct in this building is held up this way, hanger strap screwed into the duct. In the top picture the left hand strap is loose, and attached by 1 screw, the others are stripped out.

    I guess when it finally breaks completely loose and falls on someones head, hopefully the guy in charge of the money to fix this, then they will act...
