11 (not 12) lead dual voltage motor

Looking for a wiring schematic for old 11 lead westinghouse motor. The motor has 2 start capacitors and 11 leads. The motor was removed by another person and he failed to ID what and where when he unwired it. The motor has a data plate that shows an 11 lead wiring diagram for both voltages but nothing on how the 2 capacitors are wired. Another problem is the motor actually has 10 leads not 11, I'm thinking it was rewound and two of the wires were connected internally. If I can find a schematic I hope I can figure this out. Any help would be appreciated.

Was this to be hooked up for high or low voltage application?

take the motor to a motor shop and have them wire it. if you wire it wrong you might let the smoke out!
