Stay positive and email everyone at the local branch. I finally got them to sell it to me after a few sit downs and several emails. I think black balling them a little helped. The local parts center salesman helped push it through, no one wants to lose revenue.
    Good luck!

anyone have a list of what versions support what? I have "Chiller Basic" ver 8.4.310 and it does not include Retrofits to RTH chillers or Duplex.

even if you were to get KestrelView you still need a license / log in to use it . also it only generates better looking excel reports and as far as additional features it just shows the temps and readings of the sensors, and program relays which isn't avalaliable in tech view. while in binding view that's basically all. tu on the other hand is not for sale , I ordered a uc800 upgrade panel from factory and it came and llids were not binded for purge comtrol and suction called factory n started to cuss and swar down the place. now I can bind anything I want in a adaptiview.

My understanding is that Trane USA is the source of roadblocking sales of software, tools, parts, etc. to competitors, the same items could be bought without questions from most Trane offices outside the US.
There is not better place for the working men than the union! 100% UA the only HVAC union!

You think so huh!!. Try to get something and see what happens from another territory. Trane is Trane no matter where you go and even down to the dealers are the same way
