I would use my Coil jack to lift coil or use plumber strap to raise coil 2". Then pull furnace out.
    Clean coil while its suspended.
    Then reverse procedure to return

I replaced the blower motor on a furnace that barely gave me space to work the blower motor out because the wall blocked the assembly. Two hours and change.

When faced with the choice between changing one's mind, and proving that there is no need to do so, most tend to get busy on the proof.
