Jace default login

Hey everyone, we recently came upon a job site with a Jace-545 from Invensys. The default login of tridium/niagara did not work, so I was wondering if anyone knew of what the Invensys version of the Jace's default Admin login is? If that doesnt work, I will need to reset it using a null modem cable and hyper terminal (unless someone can offer a less painful way?)

Call Invensys which is TAC now, they will probably give it to you.

Thanks for the recommendation. I called their customer care and they told me to try either "tridium/niagara" or "tac/niagara"... not sure if those worked because the tech already left the jobsite. But in case anyone else can benefit from the information, there it is.

Depending on the age of the unit you may find that "invensys/niagara" will work.

"IF" it is station level access you are seeking there is a way

"IF" it is platform level access you are seeking, that may have to be reset through shell??

I can get you into the station no problem "IF" you have platform access
