No. Realize you said school play.

If the school wanted to let a group use their auditorium that would be ok.

Is a school play really orchestrated by the school? I really have no idea

They'd invite the entire staff and school to the white house if some school had a Muhammad play.

Yes yes comrade, like you said, we will do the religion thing where and how you dictate.

So all you have to do is get a govt job, and now you have no first amendment right. According to Gaybee Jim, that's what the founders intended, obviously.

You are consistent lol. You are free to worship just don't expect the State to help you push your views on others. That is true freedom of worship.

Are you having a hard time worshipping?

It is hard to address such an ambiguous statement. Was their "original intent" even important? What was their original intent? Which founder? Whose intent? Why are certain things written so unclearly?

What are you a textualist, strict constructionist, originalist, structualoist etc.... Simply saying or basing it on Founders intentions is a little vague.

You realize that the Founders purposely made their intent unknown? So why would it be so important to you?

The framers of the constitution wished to be vague. Well thanks for the insight. Went to the Barry O school of constitutional interpretation I see.

You realize that if you are implying I'm gay doesn't bother me. It could say a lot about you though. Some people are threatened by gays? Why with certain posters does it seem to pop up out of nowhere?

Shakespeare comes to mind when this happens.

No big deal in any event.

Are you saying they weren't purposely vague at times and didn't also wish to keep their intentions secretive?

May it [the Declaration of Independence] be to the world, what I believe it will be, (to some parts sooner, to others later, but finally to all,) the signal of arousing men to burst the chains under which monkish ignorance and superstition had persuaded them to bind themselves, and to assume the blessings and security of self-government. That form which we have substituted, restores the free right to the unbounded exercise of reason and freedom of opinion. All eyes are opened, or opening, to the rights of man. The general spread of the light of science has already laid open to every view the palpable truth, that the mass of mankind has not been born with saddles on their backs, nor a favored few booted and spurred, ready to ride them legitimately, by the grace of God. These are grounds of hope for others. For ourselves, let the annual return of this day [July 4th] forever refresh our recollections of these rights, and an undiminished devotion to them....
