I don't have a definite ending to give unfortunately. As far as I am concerned I feel as though I did all I could do. I made sure everything was right back to the disconnect where my license ends and offered to have my preferred electrician correct the problem. The customer chose the electrician they wanted to handle the rest. I warned the customer in writing. I left with power off to the circuit. The electrician said he would go have a second look at it, but I feel like he is not competent anyway from the conversation we had via telephone.
I have not heard anything from the customer since leaving there home, and have heard nothing else from the electrician since our one and only phone call. Since I feel I did my due diligence and I got paid for the work I did, I am content to move on.
