    Watt's the difference ?

    Typical reach in fan motors... 5311 / 6 watt 1550 RPM @ 0.40 amps vs 5411 / 9 watt 1550 RPM @ 0.55 amps.

Yeah, I know, the answer is "3". !

Aside from the slight amperage draw difference, any reason these could not be swapped evenly if you only have one or the other on the truck?

    Advantage or disadvantage?

The 9 watt is more powerful and can handle bigger/heavier fan blades. If a 9 watt is replaced with a 6 watt it will work but won’t last as long.

Thanks... that's what I was thinking.. have a few different projects piling up in the shop and wound up mixing up piles and pieces. Put one of the 9 watts in a a smaller unit. Will wind up getting another 9 watt and keeping this 6 watt for the next one.
