Smoking some Bacon
Made 10 lbs of bacon in the smoker to day 4 hours on pecan. Sliced into 1/4" pieces of bliss. Made some man sized bacon bits with the trimmings.

Nice--You did just straight up " Hot smoke" no cure and cold smoke?

Cured 7 days, hot smoke 225 4 hours to internal temp of 150.

Dumb question, what cut of meat do you use to make bacon?

Pork Belly, you can get them from your butcher or even form Costco.
