Technical Sales/Support Representative
The technical sales representative's main objective is to assist our customers with solving their AC issues by recommending the correct APR Control for their specific system. Because of the technical nature of our product, this position requires HVAC experience and knowledge. Candidates with sales training and experience are preferred since this position involves customer interaction through phone and email.

Rawal Devices, Inc. sells through authorized partners located throughout the United States and internationally. Our customer base is comprised of OEM AC manufacturers, third party modifiers, major distributors, repair shops, and parts resellers. The technical sales representative will answer inbound phone calls and emails to assist customers with APR Control selection, lend technical expertise of HVAC systems and the APR Control to assist with installation and system troubleshooting, provide pricing quotes, and refer leads to our partners. The technical sales representative will also perform follow up calls on open quotes and shipped orders to ensure customer satisfaction. This position would be full time with set hours of Monday - Friday 8:30 am - 5pm and work from our Woburn, MA office.

Job duties:
• Utilize consultative selling techniques to understand the customer's current needs, future needs, and determine next steps to further develop sales relationship
• Provide technical support to customers performing an installation of our APR Control
• Follow up on open quotes and jobs
• Maintain and enter detailed information and notes on all phone/email interactions into our CRM database
• Complete and submit weekly report on sales call results
• Participate in training opportunities to maintain and enhance product knowledge
• Perform educational webinars about our product and installation

DESIRED EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:
• Four or more years of HVAC and sales experience
• Experience and working knowledge of consultative selling skills
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Proficiency in the use of all Microsoft Office tools and Customer Relationship Management Databases
• Ability to work independently and with a team

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS PACKAGE:
• Salary depending on experience of $32,000 - $67,000

National Manager of Systems & Application Engineering


Job Description:
The National Manager of Systems & Application Engineering (NMSAE) will be responsible for leading and providing Rawal Devices, Inc. technical strategic direction. This person will work closely with internal and external sales people and technical individuals to enhance overall sales. The NMSAE will be responsible for networking and presenting the APR Control to engineers and technical leaders. Additionally, this role will be responsible for creating and developing the Sales Trainee Program to ensure that Rawal Devices’ technical expertise is in place for future growth.

Responsibilities:
• Provide Technical Leadership
• Strategic application development along with research and development
• Build and establish technical standards and best practices, includes providing optimal technical support services
• Resource planning and staff development; includes skills training
• Create and implement educational training programs to strengthen authorized partner’s relationships so they are evangelists for the APR Control
• Push technical information to the HVAC industry
• Excellent communicator with extensive and well developed phone skills, in-person presentation skills, and advanced writing skills
• Network and educate value engineering strategies for the APR Control to the engineering community including Consulting Engineering Firms, and Design/Build Firms
• Publicly present the APR Control to industry leaders and provide technical documents for publishing which includes; advertorial briefs, technical papers, user case stories, and when possible engage with the HVAC community to educate and contribute technical expertise
• Training - Advanced technical training for Rawal Devices’ staff and customers (Distributors, Engineers, Contractors, Facilities Personnel, Contractors)

Requirements:
• 15 plus years of experience in HVAC systems, product designs, and or HVAC applications (field experience is a plus)
• Experience with designing, programming and commissioning HVAC control systems for commercial and industrial buildings
• BS Degree in Mechanical Engineering preferred
• Advanced AC systems (dx) application support
• Understanding of the refrigerant circuit operation
• Understanding of the basics of humidity and dehumidification solutions
• Understanding basics of (cooling) load calculation for commercial structures
• Outstanding communication and writing skills
• Ability to lead and motivate
• Strong training experience
• Highly organized and process driven
• Ability to travel up to 20%
