Analyzer out of sync

my yellowjacket analyzer high and low side are not synced up when I connect to a system that is under neutral pressure. Is this a common problem or is this normal. I also have problems getting the unit to shut off

Have you tried zeroing the pressures? On our latest software (version 1.11) we moved the power-off function to the system analyzer menu. A software update should correct your shut-off problem.
