    Confused Enthalpy Wheel

I am facilities Manager and I am having an issue with my McQuay Enthalpy Wheel. I have had a few contractors up but they were not able to assess the problem.

The Enthalpy Wheel gets blown off center to the downstream air flow side when it is turning until it hits the housing then it gets stuck and stops. The unit is only 4 years old and we recently replaced the drive belt. Does anyone know what is going on with this unit?

    Thank you!

Just asking as I'm not sure to have the best answer for you.

Is the flow still equal on entering side vs exhaust side.?
As something something changed since the startup?

You know that is a good question and one that I cannot answer. I will have to get someone in to test it as I do not have a flow meter.
