    I got most of the stuff from fry's electronics, except the rotary switch which was pillaged from something else.

    Yes a decade box works too, it's just a lot bigger, mine only has 12 settings.

    I miss radio shack, too. And we don't have a Fry's here on the east coast.

    I'd be interested in seeing a parts list and sourcing information, for sure.

    RadioShack is still around. We have 2 of them that I know of here. Bet you can still order stuff online cheaper though.

    It's the same resistors for every unit, sometimes in a different sequence though. I've not needed the 8.2k yet either though
