    Ax BACnet Export Write Fail

I have a customer that is putting some demand based energy software into his facility and he wants to use it to command points in the Jace via BACnet IP. He can see all of my points and I have all levels of my writable points selected, but he cannot write to the points. In wireshark, it shows that the Jace isn't allowing the write. Am I missing something? Thanks for any help.

Have you assigned write permissions to the bacnet user for the exported objects? By default the bacnet user does not have any permissions.
