    That was my thinking. I would probably do the same, if I couldn't fix it myself. Problem with the larger companies is you don't know which tech will be sent out.

    The smaller the company, the consistency of the quality of service is much better.

    They're either consistently bad or consistently good instead of good with this tech and bad with that tech.

    Surely someone knows of a small local company.

    Yeah... Dothan is a lifetime away. I think the owner of this franchise may just have to make an agreement with one of the larger companies. Find a tech they like and send only that tech even if there is a wait.
